Frequently Asked Questions
All our abayas are made to order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production, followed by 2–5 working days for delivery depending on your location.
Most of our abayas are made to order, which means we begin production once your order is placed.
However, occasionally we may have limited stock on hand in certain designs or sizes. These items will be clearly marked as “in stock” on our website and are available for faster dispatch.
We charge a flat delivery fee of R120 for all orders within South Africa. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We do accept simple custom requests, such as adjusting sleeve or abaya length, depending on the style. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm customisations.
Once an order is placed, it goes into production and cannot be changed or cancelled, so please double-check your order details before checkout.
